Once she obtained her degree, she was able to then focus on her career and worked her way up as an Assistant Manager, Manager and then District Manager where she oversaw the management of 13 communities that consisted of over 2,800 units. As her Portfolio was sold, she decided to venture into the Single-Family side of Real Estate where she worked as a Regional Manager overseeing the San Antonio, Austin and Corpus Christi area that consisted of over 2,100 homes. If all of that didn’t keep her busy enough, she still took the time to obtain her Theology Degree from the International Theological Seminary, in order to further her understanding and love of Christ. With this, she taught adult Sunday School, had small study groups within her home, was a guest speaker at the Battered Women’s Shelter and Teen Challenge on a regular basis and volunteered numerous hours. This background is why she has the love she does for Red Wagon Properties. Kris Hochart, her Broker, has a passion for giving and helping others achieve their goals and dreams. His overflowing energy for Real Estate spills onto his team, making everyone around him have that same excitement. He is as committed to his clients as is the entire Red Wagon team. She couldn’t have picked a more perfect fit. So, what does she do in her spare time? You will find her traveling the United States with her daughter who is a competitive Gymnast or on the sidelines being a crazy Nana, cheering on her grand kids as they play soccer and t-ball. She loves archery and country dancing and if she ever gets a quiet moment then you will find her tucked away reading, but I don’t think that happens too often.
