Kris is the founder of Red Wagon Properties which he established in 2005. As a real estate broker he found his natural passion for entrepreneurship caused him to gravitate toward real estate as an investment vehicle. With years or representing investors and buying investment properties himself, he wanted to establish a property management company that would treat all the properties as he wanted his to be treated. With a strong track record of success in management he realized his passions went way beyond the work done at the office and actively engages those around him and the community to give them the best shot of success that they can achieve. His greatest sense of joy and accomplishment comes from the satisfaction of helping someone else achieve their goals.
